Sensory Processing

Adoptive Mom
Maria is a certified + licensed occupational therapist serving families within Minnesota who has a strong passion for working with children who have experienced trauma through foster care and adoption. She has gained experience in a variety of settings for the past 9 years. She brings a compassionate, trauma informed, patient, individualized and a non-judgmental approach to each child and family that she works with.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and her Master of Arts degree in Occupational Therapy.
Personally; she is an adoptive mom + has biological children as well. She loves to spend time with her family, bake, try new restaurants or coffee shops, listen to live music and learn from adoptees + birth parents as often as she can.
